Fintech Fees & Pricing Calculators

Fintech spans a wide range of digital financial services, and there is no single way they charge for them. This page collects our calculators for those platforms. Each one models a particular company's published pricing, because what you pay depends on the product in front of you rather than on the category it belongs to.

Fintech fee calculators

One calculator per platform, each built from that company's own rate card. The list grows as we cover more services.

How fintech fees vary

There is no standard fintech rate card. What there is, is a short menu of charges that different platforms draw from, and the useful question for any one service is which of them it uses and which it leaves out entirely.

Charges you may or may not meet
Monthly plan
A recurring subscription. On some platforms it buys cheaper transactions, on others it is the only charge, and plenty have none at all.
Per transaction
A flat amount, a percentage, or both together, taken each time money moves.
Payment processing
Where a platform collects money from your customers, that is normally priced separately from moving money out again.
Currency conversion
An exchange-rate margin, a stated percentage, or both. Often the largest line on a cross-border payment and the hardest one to see.
Transfers and payouts
Getting money in and out: ACH, wires, instant rails, cards and crypto, each usually priced on its own line.
Card fees
Issuance, replacement and spending abroad, where a platform issues cards at all.
Quoted per business
Treasury, credit, enterprise and high-volume pricing are commonly negotiated rather than published.

These are examples rather than a checklist. Some platforms charge on one line only, others combine several, and two services that look alike can price the same payment very differently. That is why each calculator is built from a specific rate card instead of from the pattern.

What we calculate

Every figure in these calculators comes from a published rate card, read on a date the page states and linked back to the source it came from.

Where a platform sells something and does not publish what it costs, we name the product and say the price is not public. Nothing is estimated, and nothing is carried across from a review site or a forum thread: an invented number is worse than an absent one when someone is building a budget on it.
