How to report an error

Email us at [email protected] or use the contact form. It helps if you include the page, the figure or statement you think is wrong, and — where you can — a link to the provider or source with the correct information. That lets us check it quickly against the primary source.

How we handle it

1. Verify. We check the reported issue against the provider's own pricing or the relevant regulator, not against another article.
2. Fix. If it is wrong or out of date, we correct it and update the page's "last updated" date.
3. Note material changes. Where a correction meaningfully changes a conclusion or ranking, we make the change clear rather than editing silently.
4. Reply. If you gave us a way to reach you, we will let you know what we found.

Timing

We aim to review reports within a few business days and to correct clear factual errors as soon as we have confirmed them. Because provider fees and exchange rates move on their own schedule, we also re-check pricing-sensitive pages periodically — but a reader flagging a change is often the fastest way for us to catch it.

A note on live figures

Some numbers on the site are inherently point-in-time — exchange rates and promotional pricing especially. We label figures as approximate and dated and ask you to confirm the current amount on the provider's site before you act.
