Deel Fee Calculator
Contractors $49 · EOR $599 · US PEO $125 a month
Plan by plan
Deel's own fee only. An EOR or US PEO employee also costs their salary, employer taxes and benefits, paid on top of Deel's fee; those depend on the person and the country. Paying Deel's invoice adds $5 by ACH or bank transfer, or 2.9% + $0.30 by a US or EU card.
Deel's prices, plan by plan
Deel prices each person by the way you hire them, month to month, with no long-term contract. The fee is Deel's alone: an EOR or US PEO employee's salary, employer taxes and benefits are paid on top, and they depend on the person and the country.
What a team costs on Deel
A single EOR employee costs more in Deel fees ($599.00 a month) than 12 contractors do, because Deel becomes the legal employer and runs payroll, tax and benefits in that country. Contractors you classify yourself are the cheapest way to pay someone through Deel.
What it costs to pay Deel's invoice
Deel adds a provider fee to each invoice payment, on top of its plan prices. A direct debit or bank transfer is a flat $5; a card is a percentage of the whole invoice, salaries and contractor pay included, so paying $10,000 by a US card costs $290.30 against $5.00 by ACH.
Paying an invoice in a different currency from the one it was issued in adds a conversion at Deel's forward rate, set when you pay and sourced from its banking partners; Deel does not publish the margin in it. Paying in the invoice's currency avoids it. Deel accepts Mercury and Wise accounts at the equivalent of $5.
Contractor or Contractor of Record, EOR or PEO
Contractor of Record is $325 a month against $49: $276 more per contractor, $3,312 a year, for Deel to carry the risk that the worker should have been an employee.
EOR and PEO are for employees, not contractors. US PEO, at $125 a month, is co-employment for staff in the United States. EOR, at $599, is how you employ someone in one of the other countries Deel covers without opening a company there.
Deel withdrawal fees for contractors
Fees and minimums from Deel's help centre, read on October 17, 2026. On $1,000, PayPal costs $25.00, Payoneer $12.00 and a US instant card transfer $7.50, while a local bank transfer, Wise, Revolut or the Deel Card cost nothing from Deel.
Minimum withdrawals: $10 for a local bank transfer, $50 for Payoneer, $100 for SWIFT, $10 for Coinbase ($20 for SOL), and $5 for every other method.
The cheapest way to get paid out
A local bank transfer, Wise, Revolut and the Deel Card carry no Deel fee, so they are the cheapest routes wherever they are offered to you.
The instant card transfer is capped. To a US bank it is 0.75%, max $25, so from $3,333.33 every withdrawal costs the same $25. Elsewhere it is 2%, max $15, which stops growing at $750.
Payoneer is 1%, min $12, so it costs $12 on anything up to $1,200, and it needs at least $50. Outside the US that makes it cheaper than the instant card only between $600 and $1,500. PayPal has the highest percentage on the list at 2.5%, with its $0.25 minimum below $10.
Sending the same currency to a bank in another country costs a flat $5. A SWIFT wire costs $5 to $10 in Deel's own fee and needs at least $100, and intermediary banks can deduct more on the way, which Deel says cannot be shown upfront. The Deel Card is free to load, though Deel's blog lists 1.5% on purchases in currencies other than USD.
Deel also lists methods offered only in some countries: Pix in Brazil at no fee, AstroPay at 0.75%, and a $25 fee on withdrawals in Ecuador, where they are processed as international transfers.

Deel fees: common questions
How much does Deel cost?
Deel charges per person per month: $49 per contractor, $325 per Contractor of Record, $599 per Employer of Record (EOR) employee and $125 per US PEO employee. Pricing is month-to-month with no long-term contract. An EOR or PEO employee's salary, employer taxes and benefits are paid on top of Deel's fee.
How much does Deel charge per contractor?
$49 a month per contractor when you classify the worker yourself, or $325 a month on Contractor of Record, where Deel takes on the classification liability. Five contractors cost $245.00 a month, $2,940.00 a year.
What does Deel EOR cost?
$599 per EOR employee a month, $7,188.00 a year, on Deel's pricing page. That is Deel's fee for employing the person in their country; their salary, employer taxes and benefits come on top and depend on the country.
What are Deel’s withdrawal fees?
Deel's help centre lists no Deel fee for a local bank transfer, Wise, Revolut or the Deel Card; $5 for a cross-border bank transfer; instant card transfer 0.75%, max $25 to a US bank or 2%, max $15 elsewhere; Payoneer 1%, min $12; Coinbase 1.5% (USDC $5 up to $300, then 1.6%); digital currency transfer 2% + $1; PayPal 2.5%, min $0.25; and SWIFT $5 to $10, plus any intermediary bank fees.
What is the cheapest way to withdraw money from Deel?
A local bank transfer, Wise, Revolut or the Deel Card: Deel charges nothing for these, though Wise and Revolut may charge their own fees. Among the paid methods it depends on the amount. In the US, the instant card (0.75%, max $25) costs less than Payoneer at every amount; outside the US, Payoneer is cheaper than the instant card only between $600 and $1,500.
What is the minimum withdrawal on Deel?
It depends on the method: $10 for a local bank transfer, $50 for Payoneer, $100 for SWIFT, $10 for Coinbase ($20 for SOL), and $5 for every other method. Deel does not set maximums; the payment providers do.
Does Deel charge a cross-border fee?
Yes: $5 when you withdraw in the same currency to a bank in another country, such as a contractor in Argentina withdrawing USD to a US bank. Deel says the fee covers extra compliance work and cannot be waived.
Does Deel charge for currency conversion?
Deel converts at a forward rate from its banking partners and does not publish the margin in it, so no calculator can price it exactly. Withdrawing, or paying an invoice, in the same currency avoids the conversion.
What does it cost a company to pay Deel’s invoice?
A provider fee on each payment: $5 by ACH, SEPA, Bacs or bank transfer (CA$10 by PAD in Canada, A$10 by BECS in Australia), or 2.9% + $0.30 by a US or EU card (3.9% + $0.30 for other cards). On a $10,000 invoice that is $5.00 by ACH against $290.30 by card.
Do contractors pay Deel a monthly fee?
Deel's monthly prices are charged to the company that hires through it. As a contractor, what you pay Deel is the fee on the withdrawal method you choose, which is nothing for a local bank transfer, Wise, Revolut or the Deel Card.
Is Contractor of Record worth it over the contractor plan?
It costs $276 more per contractor a month ($3,312 a year). What that buys is Deel carrying the risk of the worker being misclassified, which matters most for long, full-time contracts that look like employment.
Does Deel require a long-term contract?
No. Deel says it offers month-to-month pricing with no long-term commitments.
